Mel & Eric

Mel and Eric were blessed with a beautiful day for their engagement session, something that’s been very rare this season! We started at the waterfront, and worked our way down the bike path, exploring whatever looked interesting. I got some remarkable shots, the couple was really relaxed and easy to photograph, Mel is an especially chill lady, and was more than willing to get her clothes a little sandy if that’s what it took to get the shot. My only regret is that I can’t shoot their wedding due to a prior commitment. Can’t do it all I guess.

Liz & Owen's Engagement Session

Liz and Owen are an energetic pair! For their engagement session, we started at Sugarbush (where their wedding will be held) and they had quite a time, playing in the gondolas, and the surrounding areas. After we wrapped up there, we wandered into Waitsfield for some window-shopping, and of course, more shenanigans, some of which involved playing with a wooden cow. This spirited couple’s wedding will undoubtedly be an event to remember!

Sarah & Nilanjan June 13th 2009

Sarah and Nilanjan’s wedding is one I will never forget. I had a personal interest in the event, Sarah being a friend of mine from high school, and West Brookfield being where I grew up. The wedding and reception were a unique blend of a simple, charming, rural Vermont wedding, and a lavish vibrant ceremony reminiscent of a traditional Indian wedding. Sarah was radiant in a vivid red and gold gown, the likes of which I have never seen in person. It was fun and unique, and definitely not an event that could ever be imitated or duplicated.
